 Marcia Gay Harden is an American actress who has an estimated net worth of $8 million. She is the daughter of Beverly, a housewife and Thad who was an officer in the US Navy. She is the mother of three siblings: a brother and a sisters. Her father was a truck driver and the family was forced to move quite often. They lived in various countries as well as Germany, Japan, Greece and various other regions of the globe. Harden was able to settle in Maryland and attended Surrattsville High school in Clinton. After having graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1980 with an undergraduate degree in theater, she continued her education at the University of Texas at Austin. Harden took a class at NYU's Tisch School of the Arts in 1988 in order to obtain her MFA.
